This is the second amazing book in the Past Lives Series by Christy Sloat. Another job well done for the New Adult genre. I'm still loving the reincarnation theme. I feel like this book has more flashbacks than the first, which lets the reader learn more about Avery's past lives. Much like the first book, the amount of romance is perfect. 

For the most part, all of the characters are the same just their situations change. The biggest character surprise for me was Landon. He did a comp,eye 180 as far as I am concerned. I now like him better than Dallas. Landon didn't change but Dallas did and I don't like the new Dallas. Ianni was more present in this book, but she totally shocked me in the end. 

Again Christy Sloat proves that she can write a great book and that she is an awesome author. The story line is still awesome! The characters are still great but fell a little flat for me in this one. It's a romantic book and gets your emotions going. Plus there is some mystery involved. I can't wait to see where it goes after that ending. (This was a Beta Copy provided by the author).
